The Buildings and Grounds committee is responsible for the use, care, security and maintenance of the Church buildings, campus grounds, furnishings and equipment. Committee members along with volunteers from the congregation make in-house repairs & improvements whenever feasible.

The facilities are inspected regularly to determine maintenance and improvement needs, including energy and water conservation measures. The committee is also responsible for development and oversight of outside contractor support for custodial, equipment, grounds maintenance and security.
