Christian Education

The Christian Education Committee is responsible for the nurture of the congregation through education for all ages, including recruiting teachers and leaders.
The CE Committee has oversight of the following ministries:
  • ChildrenChildren's Ministry - Ages 5 through 5th Grade
  • Youth Ministry 6th through 12th Grade
  • Adult Education - Sunday mornings and special programs
  • Small Groups
  • Westminster Woods/Children's Church
  • Preschool Board
  • Nursery
  • MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)

Special Events:

  • Vacation Bible School - June/July
  • Harvest Festival - October
  • Christmas Outreach Mission - December
  • Promotion Sunday - June
  • All Church Picnic - June
Volunteers are sought throughout the year as special evens begin the planning stages. Everyone is encouraged to volunteer to assist with the special events or step forward to serve in a teaching/leader position or to just assist with the classes.
